The hotel was conveniently located just 30 minutes away from Alton Towers Theme Park, making it a perfect choice for a day trip. the manager was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in later than expected. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and quick to address any issues that arose. the bedding seemed new, and having a sink in the room was a convenient touch. I appreciated the use of a communal microwave and tea/coffee facilities. One area for improvement would be the check-in time, as the 18:00hrs cut off seemed a bit early. However, the staff member, who I believe was the manager, was exceptional. He was engaging, friendly, and showed a genuine passion for his job and ensuring a positive guest experience. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great value for the price, offering comfortable accommodations and excellent customer care.
